I sit with a mug of hot tea sweetened with honey and a stack of magazines from the library. The girls play on the steps with their sidewalk chalk and a cup of homemade "trail mix". We're all kind of waiting on the UPS man, Kate's Halloween costume is due to arrive today and we're a little excited.
