Where's the Beef?

It's in my freezer, all of it, or to be more exact 1/4 of the cow (we'll just call her "Bessy") and she must have been a big 'un. I bought a 1/4 of Bessy from my Uncle Eddie. Locally grown beef courtesy of The Rocky Farm. I guess I underestimated the size of a locally grown Bessy. So now my freezer contains a box of waffles, a box of puff pastry and a whole lotta Bessy. We've got your ground, your T-Bone, your various roasts and we even got a tongue but unfortunately there wasn't enough room in the freezer for that thing and it had to be sacrificed to the garbage can.
In other news we got a new wreath. This is exciting for me people. We also went to the ENT this morning for Kendall's check-up. One of her tubes has fallen out but the ear looks healthy. We discussed her large tonsils and we're wondering if they are affecting her sleep so we are going to record 10 minutes of her sleeping one night soon and drop the video off to the ENT and he can decide from there if we need to do a sleep study...

  2. wow, that is alot of beef. i sincerely hope justin does not see this post. he wants to buy a big freaking load of beef too. he talks about it all the time. i however only like to have beef on RARE occasions, and so this would be a nightmare of both cooking and eating for me.

glad Kendall is doing better with her ears! that is so crazy that you have to record her sleeping!!
